The process
What happens after you write
We read what you send and reply
Normally within a working day, with a first view on whether the project makes sense and where the obvious risks sit. No charge and no obligation.
We visit and survey the property
If it looks worth pursuing, we propose a site visit and a fixed fee for a written cost report. You know that number before we go.
You get a written recommendation
Scope, a costed range with the assumptions listed, a timeline, and a straight answer on whether to proceed. If our answer is no, you have still saved money.
You decide what happens next
Take the report and run the job yourself, or appoint us for the stages that follow. The survey fee comes off the management fee if you continue.

What helps us give you a real answer
None of it is required. Send whatever you have and we will work with it.
What you want to end up with
Even loosely. More space, a better label, ready to let, ready to sell. The goal changes the advice more than the building does.
Quotes or drawings, if any
If you already have prices or a design, send them. Reviewing what you have is often the quickest way to find the money.
