Privacy notice
What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you get it back or removed.

NN Management & Consulting is the controller for the personal data described here. We process it under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch implementation act (UAVG). This notice is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and — if you give them — your phone number, the property you are asking about, the type of project, an indicative budget band, and whatever you write in the message.
When you use the cost estimator: nothing. The estimator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent to us unless you attach them to an enquiry yourself.
Automatically: our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, requested page, timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking, and we set no cookies.
Why we may contact you
We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to run your project. The lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and performance of a contract once we work together.
We do not send marketing email and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.
Who else sees it
Vercel Inc. hosts the site and processes server logs on our behalf.
Our email provider carries and stores the message you send.
Where a supplier sits outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Once a project starts we share only what a specific contractor, architect or authority genuinely needs to do their part — never the whole file, and never for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become a project: deleted within 12 months.
A project file: kept for 7 years after completion, which is the retention the Dutch tax authority requires for business records.
Server logs: retained by our host on their own short rolling schedule.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, object to it, or receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — that does not undo what we did before you withdrew it.
Write to us and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions travel encrypted. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No system is perfect, and we will tell you and the regulator without delay if a breach ever affects your data.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects a live project, tell you directly.
